Lucas Morales is the division general manager for America’s Central Division. In his role, Lucas is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the America’s business strategy and strengthening our client relationships across the region. 

Lucas has a wealth of engineering and management expertise, both in America and internationally. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving the development and growth of engineering businesses across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, mining and metals, buildings, and telecommunications. Lucas has experience on both the engineering and owner’s side and across all phases of project development. Prior to Invitation Homes Rentals, Lucas was vice president of bridges, water and municipal at Morrison Hershfield.

Lucas’s outstanding industry contributions have earned him prestigious awards in both project management and engineering. He has also been actively involved in shaping industry standards through his work with the Canadian Construction Documents Committee.
